Who says you can't go sledding in the summer? Eric set up pillows at the bottom of the basement steps, got out the sled, and away he went! Eric and Sam have loved doing this for years now! They did talk me into trying it, and they thought it was hilarious to hear me scream!
Sam has been wanting a Mac for awhile. He saved up enough to get the Mini. I see more Mac's in our future! It was exciting to take him to go pick it up.
We met Sarah, Spencer, and Annette at the Unschooling Waterpark conference this past year. They live in Indiana, so we drove to meet them to spend the day at Beech Bend Amusement/Waterpark in Kentucky. Eric is not "amused" with amusement parks, so it was Sam and I that went.
Eric and his friend Connor dressed up and rode through the neighborhood on pocketbike and goped. Eric's costume was complete with wings!
Casper decided that one way to make sure he doesn't get left behind again is to just hang out in the bag. He forgot to put on his camo outfit! He brings us so much joy everyday! He is the sweetest little kitty I have ever met!
